Requirement

  • Hire, supervise and schedule staff
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance
  • Organize and direct planting of trees, gardens and lawns
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials
  • Organize and direct construction of fences, decks and walls
  • Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Tender and administer contracts
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Maintain equipment
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Resolve work related problems

    • Responsibilities

  • Must be able to speak English
  • Have a true desire to learn and grow
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Minimum 2 years to less than 3 year’s experience
  • Full-time all year permanent employment
  • Salary: $30.00 hourly
  • 40-44 hours per week
  • Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning as needed
  • Employer location: Work locations may vary. On the road job
